This six week exhibition will feature large collections from two painters, Martha Holmes and Felicity Mara. Holmes’ new body of paintings capture the warm summer hues of the past few months with particular reference to the Penwith coastline whilst Mara’s collection of large canvases worked on in her Porthmeor Studio give a subtle sense of the environment both within and beyond her studio window, through bold and soft marks.

Sitting among the paintings are new collections by Julia Florence and Tor Harrison. Florence’s marks complimenting Mara’s movements on the canvas whilst Harrison’s soft muted colours echo the rawness of the landscape in Holmes’s collection.

New to Show No.5 is ‘The Store’, a part to the gallery with a focus on tableware and smaller works, including existing ceramicist at Morgans, Jan O’Neill and painter Sophie Harding. New to The Store are ceramics by Feldspar and Brutes with stone spoons by Theo Brogan.
